S-B Earns a Second in the Striper Cup

Hats off to Team S-B. I want to personally thank everyone that pitched in and participated for Team Striped-Bass this year - You guys kicked some serious ass this year, all the way up to making things interesting in the final weeks, we just ran out of time at the end.

Major props, obviously, to Mike Veracka, stellar season to be sure. You earned all of those trips up on the stage.

Also big props to the usual suspects but also a big Thanks to T.O. who fished his ASS off this year

Here was how S-B finished out for second place:

Not talking about points! Or the adjustment! Talking they almost topped 50 pounds average weight from the surf exclusively! The winning team had about a 52 pound average but they had some boat fish on the slate! Being a surf guy....I find it impressive!

i'm confused

we had a 41.3 lb average

they had a 49.2 lb average (which probably would be higher if you took out the surf fish and replaced them with more boat fish)
