Anybody ever done this?
I know it's not fishing related but it is Spring related. These pics wre sent to me recently to try and coax me back. Pics are from 4/21/01
Tucks is a special place. Feel free to move this to a more appropriate forum. I couldn't decide which one fit best.

I've always wanted to. I don't know if I'd make it down but it would be fun.

I would love to do it, but I would need to go with someone very experienced that knows the dangers. I heard that people die there all the time because they make stupid decisions.
I've heard that depending on where you ski down, the climb up is really the most challenging part, is it?

I did it 10 years in a row up till 01'. Skiing for me was the easiest. The climb is tough and dangerous depending on the route and snow conditions. I done all the runs up there and the hardest is coming over the lip on the main headwall. Steepest sh!t I've ever ski'd and I've been out West and in BC Canada down some scary sh!t but Tucky's is the only hill that takes my breath away!

I think you're missing a key word there....."Alive"
Gravity will almost surely guarantee that you WILL make it down.....

ok since its spring related I will leave it. You should have put it in the "We Love Winter" (aka the Tynan 19 & Jenn love winter thread ) But thats ok. We will forgive you.
I like the snow but you can have that "hurling yourself down a perfectly good mountain on two sticks" deal! heehee

Awesome shots. Tahoe has been on my hit list for awhile. Looks great and they get a ton of snow.
