I was able to get out and take a ride to my marina which is up the street from Ricks place.
Went around the rotary and it looked like he was open for business and nothing happened, though I did not go inside.
Haven't been the place much since he started selling the other stuff.
Got to agree with some other comments,
Pretty strange combination selling smelly bait, tackle, and jewelery from Thailand

Maybe an arrest because it is a crime to combine a jewelery store and bobble shop with a bait and tackle shop.  |
