Mmmmmm corner beef (one of the best ones I have ever made by the way) and cabbage....check! Watched the Holyoke parade on the tube...check! Only thing is washed it down with chianti instead of beer. Must be changing my ways as I get older! HAHA

What channel was the parade on? We were at my Mom's (St. Paddy's day is also her birthday!) and she really wanted to watch it. Only parade we could find was the Hartford one. I expected it to be on 22 or 40. Maybe we were looking too late? |

Well I married the oldest of nine.Yes she's Irish.
Not only is the fridge half full of salt meat but between the daughters invitations and Sweeties cooking I'll be able to swim on top of the water this summer from all the salt.
