If I fish these in the Connecticut River, does that mean they'll still work in Mass?
What if it's snowing outside? Will it work in Rhode Island?
Can I just buy one and see if it works, then get back you?

ok first get to a toilet then stand in front and slowly and carefully lower the zipper pull out you tweezers and carefully reach in remove it out as far as you can and lean forward now your ready . lean a little closer or it will land on your feet .
