September 18th Kayak Scramble!
Launch site has yet to be determined.....Saturday the 18th if anyone is interested we will have a group getting together for some yakkin' and some fishin'! I am hoping a couple of North Shore fellers can make it down??? I will be checking the tides for a few different areas to see what might be good! Post here if you have interest in coming along!  |

Need inut on what location works for everyone? We could do a local south shore spot or I am contemplating a 1 1/2 hour ride to Herring Cove Beach in P-Town and fishing off Race Point??? Thoughts??

1 1/2 hour ride to the race is a 3 hour ride for some of us North Shore guys...

I'm interrested if it's somewhat local .. race is 120 miles from my door .. Wich I would gladly do for the weekend ,,camping in North Truro ... not good a 1 day thing .

If you guys with yaks have not been on one yet.....these "scrambles" we have been doing are a blast and the fishing has been improving! Next weekends should be epic and we have some new participants coming.....The Dad Fisherman is joining us if all goes well!!! I am looking for the rest of the crew who have been along to join in and maybe get a few new guys also so if you have a kayak and you want to join in the fun let me know!!!

Launch Location Info!
Watching the weather thru the rest of the week in relation to the building surf and swells from Hurricane Igor which is far away but may affect which location we launch from. It will be Duxbury Bay if the surf is up as long as conditions are good......I am hoping for Hull.....I will be visually checking both spots Friday afternoon!

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it on Saturday, Larry. Per doctors orders, I'm on the DL for at least a week. Hopefully, I'll be back out there for another scramble soon.
