democrats virus relief bill
requires that companies have officers and a budget dedicated to diversity and inclusion.
dedicates $300 million to hiring pandemic specialists, but mandates quotas for those specialists based on race and disability. god knows that matters more than ability.
increased collective bargaining for labor unions.
mandates same-day voter registration.
all of that really matters when faced with a pandemic.

Trump promised to personally oversee the corporation bailout money, what could possibly go wrong there and boy that’s really going to cut into his TV and Twitter time.

Not one syllable about the pathetic pet projects that democrats tried to sneak in there, instead pivot immediately to bashing Trump. No other topics are allowed, only Trump bashing.

Look I’m sick of politics in general and you can’t possibly suggest that if the roles were reversed the republican held congress would be up to the same crap. Do I think it’s right, absolutely not, shame on both the congress and the senate for not taking a two tp step approach, approve immediate cash to all Americans under a certain income and then work on a bill for small and large businesses.
Doesn’t mean I am not continually disappointed by the pathetic messaging by Trump and now when we need the honest truth from the medical experts, because Trump is pissed he is constantly listening to them contradict his predictions, they are now absent from the briefings. |

I said very explicitly, both sides do it. I don't see evidence in this case, that the GOP did it. Are they diverting money to the NRA, or to Foxnews, or to the Koch brothers?

In Trumps mind I fear everything is about a Trump, his image, is support, his businesses and the market of course. His messaging all along, even yesterday with a second update without medical experts to correct him, has been an effort to downplay this crisis. |

But you see it as a pet project ,,, but a 3000 dollar check after cashed and spent the benefit ends , is great work by republicans
Republicans sets aside $350 billion to provide loans for small businesses. That money would be available to small businesses that don’t lay off workers.this provision excludes “nonprofits receiving Medicaid expenditures,” which would not be eligible for those loans.
Aka planned parenthood and nonprofits that get Medicaid funding, such as home and community-based disability providers; community-based nursing homes, mental health providers and health centers; group homes for the disabled; and even rape crisis centers.
$500 billion for corporate bailouts that the administration could administer with little transparency. Notice the administration so no issues with trump having 500 billion to make it rain on who he feels deserves the money GOP senators are using this bill to jam through a provision that could exclude so many nonprofit providers.

Really? How about the fact that politics might kill far more than is needed because image and economy trump lives. Just because I'm tired of politics as usual doesn't mean I stop posting my view, stop contributing if I see a candidate I support, or exercising my right to vote. I think that comment really needs to have Why can't Trump in front of it. |
