bm, hey, you make a decent plug and most have seen that. it's just that everytime someone posts a picture of a lure, you have to post 5 of yours and it's the same ones we see all the time. it just gets old. yeah, the paint jobs are different, but are we trying to catch joe fisherman or mrs. cow? maybe a schoolie will hit any piece of wood painted black, but a queen won't. but, to each their own...

do i know that spot? maybe, maybe not. even if i do, i won't say where it is. i don't post about places that might be good fishing or what have you. that's for someone to go and learn on their own. it's amazing what the internet does for lazy fishermen. many want to be a hero.

Slipknot I thank you for the offer of a few plugs for the bag. I thought there were a few plug makers onboard. The bag has room for more!!!

Welcome bo_peep...have you met Ron Arra? You have a lot in common I'm a cow-man myself.

SeaWolf, I agree with you...action first, shape second and color the final factor in getting a strike...just my .02

BM, Do you belong to the Massachusetts Rainbow Coalition Party?

Gentlemen, we've done pretty good so far this year without Cabin Fever taking over...

Seawolf, he might post a lot of the same pics (over and over again ) but he often pitches in to help others instead of just bitchin' about it...

One of my favorite lines: "Lighten' up, Francis!!"

One of my other favorites: "The negativity in this town SUCKS!!! , It's like the fellowship of the miserable"

who's bitchin'? i'm just making a statement. and, judging by some of the replys, i'm not the only one that noticed what i wrote. just because i said what i did, i'm getting slapped on the hand? show me where i went too far on this thread.

i'm not being negative either. i do not see anything in what bm posted that either followed what this thread was about or mentioned anything having to do with this floyd. yes, he posted a his floyd. that's fine and i have no problem with that, but why post the other 3 or 4 lures? i don't see the significance. i just started noticing a trend that was occuring and was starting to get old.

bm - you make lures and do a good job with making them, there's no doubting that. maybe we don't see eye to eye on things, and that's fine. maybe i don't agree with your color schemes and that's my opinion. maybe some like them and that's cool. maybe we don't agree on what large stripers like in a wooden lure - that's personal preference and experience. but, i'm not going to change what i write to "fit it".

No slap on the hand. Seawolf, first off, just lighten up on BM a little - everyone gets a little wound up this time of year and I thought you were a digging a little hard - not bad, malicious, or trying to be an ass or something. Secondly, I'm gonna lighten up a little 'cause I think I might be suffering a little C.F. myself... Thirdly, I confused you with someone else that posts from time to time just to be abbrasive and just thought it was you (well that guy) doing more of the same. That's probably what had me going the most so sorry for being a little bitchy myself

The "Lighten Up" was a little for everybody (including myself) as we've been getting a little whinnier as a whole. Nothing bad, and certainly/unfortunately not like the good old days at WMI .... But this thread just seems to have a little more annimosity running in it - which bunched my panties a little....

"Larry Bird, Robert Parish, and Kevin McHale are not going to walk through that door tomorrow and the sooner you fans learn that, the better off we will all be... The Negativity in this town just SUCKS!!!...It's like the fellowship of the miserable" - Rick Pitino - not long before he goit the self-inflicted boot....

Well, I don't know about cabin fever, but I'm just gettin' over the real thing - and also didn't have the benefit of being able to go online due to some Cox issues (which the talented Ink Man) helped me resolve) -

So after a few days of bedrest and meds, can I offer a suggestion?

Can't we all just get along?

Okay then...well...nevermind.

Yeah, it's an outbreak of Fishing Pox without a doubt. Irritable, moody, ya notice yourself doodling little fish pictures at your desk...the good news is, it ain't that far away, 6 to 8 weeks, maybe.

The surest indicator will be Iron Mike on Ground Hog Day. If he pops out of his Jeep and sees his shadow...

Oh yeah, Bird, McHale and the Chief walkin' thru the door?

Hell yes! Hey Pitino, we got your door right here.

Just my $5 and .02 - whew! - I feel better already.

Yup, I recommend SB as an effective analgesic for da Pox.

Yep, internet providers can be a little messed up, sorry to hear that. Good for you Crafty that Mike could set you up, I don't know how he does it, I'm a computer googan.

I hope when Media One changes my Email to AT&T that it goes smoothly, next week. But my address will change

There is a fishing show this weekend, maybe that will help get rid of some shacknasties

Yeah, Slip, my good ol' cousin Charlie in Florida calls it House Rot. I think men are more susceptible to it. I'm feelin' better, might hit Woosta myself, but gonna have to try for early Sunday before Da Game.

Yeah, some of my cable stuff is squared away, but I think I gotta offer the Ink Man a spot in the will - I still gotta fix up the email thingy - don't feel bad, I ain't exactly Bill Gates myself.

Hey, Bloo, nice job.

Geez, I dunno, we could be seeing the emergence of some kind of a Northern Alliance logo here.

We gotta get some input here - this could call for an Advisory Meeting of the Supreme Council. Of course, the first order of business might be appointing someone as...uhhhh...Sergeant at Arms.

Hey, Habanero, whaddya think? A logo? Fish_Eye. Tattoo, John?

Geez, I always wondered what the fish did in the off-season - do ya think they're day-dreaming about us?

Blooo - I'm LMAO here -

That's great...now if we could do a little lipstick and some eye makeup, since the best bass are females...

Hey, now, nothin' racy - this is a PG site. just make the bass a little more girly lookin' - like a 50, maybe, ya know.
