CS very nice, I know just where and when to put that to good use! If its not a trade secret, can you tell me where you weighted that beast? I've done a # that size myself and found a certain style of placing lead worked best. Also is she thruwired? I cant be sure from photo.

drilled through an through on the mini lathe..the bit was  only cause those foot long bits only have 2" of cutting twist to them......all I can say about the lead is that it;s foward and aft.....abit more aft so it doesn't tumble when thrown an sinks tail first.

Thanks CS, I've built them slightly differently. I epoxy front and tail loops and pin the swivels. This way I can concentrate the weight through the plug without hitting the thru wire. Especially right between the eyes  They just luv that real rough water. Have you tried them with 5/0 VMC's yet?
