Every time he goes off he does it in a big way.So much so that JohnR feels it is necessary to say "I've talked to Bill"almost as an epilogue to the blowup.Let me tell you;this is a great board regardless of the crap that gets spewed on occasion.I can honestly say Johns' hard work has resulted in a place we can all enjoy.Perhaps some of us enjoy it for different reasons,but JohnR!!!
However,in my opinion the voices you don't necessarily covet must be heard too.There are many lackeys that will tell you what you want to hear but this has to grow old.Anytime I've heard criticism it has almost always been minconstrued as mindless or being ungrateful.Constructive criticism is important;it may deflate some egos or rub people the wrong way but consider it a different point of view or a necessary evil.
