Angry 3:30 am start your day grumpage

you wake up to the call of nature...

and decide to get out of bed...
and stumble to the bathroom

just then your calf muscle cramps up instantly

and you yell out grabbing it ....sayin "Son of a beotch "
(waking your better half)
......and since i stepped on a nail the other day too - same foot
the only piece of wood with a nail in it in the whole friggan load
right thru the boot... bastard!!

outside i limped
i went to grab some logs i scavenged yesterday
and some kindlin ....

made a cup of coffee and took some vitamin E

and some calcium ...

a sucky morning thus far

Man them calf muscle cramps are the worst ever.I hate those things worse than life itself. The ones when it feels like your muscle just ties itself in a knot and keeps pulling.I hear that flexxing it helps it to subside faster.Sounds like a sucky morning.Hopefully it gets better for ya today.

More potasium Rave, or more water for the cramps, but since your getting older and do not want to get up during the night anymore than what you do now, what Zacs said, more bananas/potasium..........yada yada yada

Calf cramps do suck bigtime.

no coffee after 2 cups in the a.m. calcium tablets with potassium every am. i've been on the water for over 50 yrs. and started this regium last fall. about 40% less pain from arthritus and the leg cramps stopped altogether after 3 mo. this time of year we do not pay attention to our fluid intake. not sweating, etc. drink more fluids, this does not mean to buy stock in a brewery.

put them back alive. i do have grandkids.

My paperboy wakes me everyday at 3:30 AM with his tunes cranked to 11. Been like that for 10 years now. Ya get used to it...not!
