I got sick today and I don't know if it is related or not.....maybe dehydration....migraine which induced projectile vomiting
definitely felt like a bender/bad hangover....

Careful if your doing a lot of walking and sweating.. especially if your in a wetsuit.... That could be bad........  you don't want to overheat,, |
