My 90 seconds of fame
My friend and I were on the Rhode Show this morning promoting his Mexican restaurant.
I helped get the place going and came up with most the recipes and was running it before the business slowed down and I was forced to take another position.
I'm still there a few days a week helping out.
Being on tv was weird, lots of bright lights and people telling were to stand and what not.
Funniest thing was the girl from the rhode show is like 4 foot nothing and has an assortment of different boxes to stand on to make her the same height as the people she's interviewing.
All and all it was a good time and hopefully helps business.

Most of the Time Guacamole is done wrong
and it is a far cry from fresh avocados
Just looking at you adding in the onions and spices
a little lemon juice to keep the color green
and the big portion of tomatoes added in to stretch it out
is exactly the way i do it at HOME....
WELL done Chris ! looks like delicious food

Nice Plugfest needs a food sponsor, or chef sponsor, or just like food.
How about some nice blow your pants off fiery steak for quesdillas?

Thanks guys!!!
Yeah I was hoping that they wouldn't catch my tats boobs and leave them in.
Yeah I'll be bringing some food to plugfest.
We make a salsa there that is habenaro based, it's real hot, I'm bringing that too.
We make everything fresh daily or every other day. And try to do it right.

Yeah Johnny the food I montauk was killer!!! Egg, sausage and hash sandwiches on grilled bagels in the parking lot after a full night of fishing.
Grilled "zippy" shrimp and bourbon marinated steak at the light house.
Good food and good times. Too bad the fishing sucked!
