Korkers and bring spare spikes and washers.
Water-tight rain top + belt (hello Aquaskinz)
Neoprene waders (breathables will get ripped on the rocks)
Flashlight.
Rope for fish.
Pack light, you be humping. Don't make the same mistake I did years ago and bring two plug bags. You'll get dumped off a rock by a wave and lose one.
