I decided against an editorial, but I have a 4 page letter ready to send to: Consumer Reports The Better Business Bureau Circuit City Corporate Martha Coakley (Attorney General) and I am going to hand deliver a copy to the store manager. At this point, Im just looking to stir things up - Bigtime.
