Clarification - it was not Cisco. My point was that my Cisco experiences on the Sub-Continent were at worst OK and generally good to excellent. This Vendor That Will Remain Nameless was both in the class of McAfee. I hope the trend does not continue to worsen

Did you tell her to just read the script and not make stuff up?

Part of the problem was I couldn't understand what she was saying as she read the script, and the script kept going offline, which caused a lot of "I'm Sorry's" and "please waits", though it sounded cute when she said it... 45 minutes of that after the 45 minutes I spent on ignore listening to really bad music over a really bad connection
