By my best estimate I had 28 solid casts into schools of Bonito late last week from the rocks over a 10 hour (2 day) period and only brought in one small fish. There were some large 10 pounders out there, too.
Had about 12 shots at rampaging Albies down the cape one morning this weekend and came up with a fail as did everyone else around me: motorboats, yaks, and rock fishers. They were around at least 3 hours consistently. One boat among over a dozen however, seemed to be scoring with ease?
I could see what he was using and I used it to no avail. smh
Found them later on in the morning in close but parking was impossible. Will try again very soon.
