Well now I get it. My cousin lives in Wellfleet and is on the chamber of commerce, he also surfishes. He's complainin cause they want to pass this ordinance that any surfisherman has to ride up past race point before removing his wader belt.
He didn't quite get it, but seems tourism is down because the " beach experience" ain't what it used to be for a lot of these folks.
They say it smells like P-Town on a weekend.
