my dad's recipe

1 1/2 lbs bass cut in 1 in cubes
1/2 cup of matchstick carrots
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup flour
4 tbsp buttah
punch of salt
pinch of paprika
3 cups milk
20 oz chicken broth
3 pcs bacon
4 red bliss potatos peeled, cubed and blanched

grated processed romano to sprinkle on top

over medium heat
melt butter, add onion, carrots and celery and cook till see thru. mix flour salt and paprika together, add into vegetables, stir constantly for 1 minute. add milk and broth, cook ten minutes stirring constantly. add fish and potatos and crumble bacon, cook for another 15 minutes. garnish with cheese
faaaantastic-just don't let it boil!!
