canal plugin etiquette

i fished the cc canal this past holiday weekend... good fishin lots an lots of plugers on bikes,up n down the canal chasen braken fish.. and i,m one. ..my friend was fishin 1 spot when the bass started braken in front of him :jump1 from over head the bike guy started castin on the fish in front of my bud,,he did not know the guy so said nothing..but wasnt too happy .. i told him that in the past if you were on a bike and you know the guy ,let him take the first cast then you may follow after: ,as long as u dont mess up his retrieve w/ yours ...if u dont know the guy ,,move down tide at lease 50 ft and then cast ....be gentleman w/ class ...an not a monkey w/ a high tec rod n reel... whats your opinion????
