Thumbs up Interesting info......

As I and Alan Cordts happily slogged into the surf on Monday Night he informed me that he had recently been notified of one of his tagged fish returns. Alan tags a number of fish each year and has for years. His most notable was tagging a large bass on the Vineyard on late fall night a few years back and himself catching the same fish again on the same night a year to the day later about a 100 yards from where he caught it the year before.

Anyway, a nice bass he tagged in Quicks Hole last mid-November was recently caught, measured, recorded and the tag recovered and released in the Merrimack River. That's pretty cool!

Why even try.........
