OK, updated some pics but still behind.
The motor is out!! Phew, finally. It was tough, just kept taking bolts out and finally got it. Hoisted it up on a tree in the yard, it was a good feeling. You can see Magner the Evil cat was watching us the whole time The wood around the outdrive was a little soft, but not rotted. It will all be replaced anyway.
Next job is to remove the motor mount stands, finish chipping off the bedding compound on the stringers and clean up the hull sides. After that, the next big project will be to remove the cap, which is glassed all the way around the hull. Ill store that until winter when I can work on it indoors.
Ill be knee deep into glass and resin by month end
