How Big Is Your Bird?
Whats she weigh and how many are dining on her? We got a 27 pounder (not inches ) and we got 8 for dinner! Can you say tryptophan?

Sidenote: Who eats the turkey neck? It was always a tradition for me at my Moms growing up......I love it! Its the tastiest part of the turkey IMO!
Almost time to get our fish on!!!
