Yeah dead I don't think I would try it on a live one... Actually, I pretty much never even fish live eels, but if I am with someone who is and they are going to toss em when they are dead I grab em.


I have seen em rigged on a wobble with a stinger as Joe described. I guess the heart of my question is do they work better with or without the wobble head? Sounds like both work. Guess I will try both ways and find out for my self.
