you will not do much with a 25' net. It sounds like a lot but they will swim around you be for you can say 'cheap bunker'.

]1) get the permit (it is only 30 bucks or 60 bucks but it is cheap)
2) get the right net
3) work the areas they allow you to
4) don't get caught working in other areas.

You can get enough bait for yourself with a 8' cast net but if you really want to clobber the bunker you need a big gill net. I am not a fan of gill nets but they allow them but they are limited. From what I understand you can't gill net in BB but there are a couple guys that are "grandfathered" in and they catch bait for a lot of the local shops. I don't know all the details but I do know that my 8' cast net can provide me with more than enough bait for myself.
It is getting kind of late in the season to get into this. The time to get the permit is after the new year. I think they may limit them now.
