next tuesday, April 1, i will be giving a seminar on fishing the spring striper run on the CT river. i will be covering topics from safety on the river to gear to how to read the river and apply this to increasing your success. the seminar is free to all. it is sponsored by the Hartford chapter of the CCA, and you do not need to be a CCA member to attend. there will be raffles of gear pertaining to the river. most of my talk will be directed towards fishing from shore, but a lot of the topics can be applied to boating.

CCA-CT MEETING the meeting is held at the Bissell Tavern in Windsor CT. it is about 20 minutes south of springfield, and about 15 minutes north of hartford.
on another note, the CCA-CT hartford chapter is currently working on our
4th anual spring catch and release tournament you will be able to sign up for the tournament at this meeting, as well as gain some valuable help for fishing the tourney.
this is always a very popluar meeting, so show up early! feel free to ask any questions about this seminar, and i hope to see some of you at the meeting.
