Although I only launch once to go in springtime and pull once to come out in the fall. I found some glides at eastern marine that look like you just screw then over the carpet. Trailer Parts Superstore - EZ-SLIDE Bunk Pad Kit for 6" Wide Bunks KIT4 #013.3 Anyone have experience with bunk slides? Thanks
