Now, Biden certainly has his share of gaffs, but he's not a stupid man. Sarah Palin is either mentally screwed up or thinking outside the box genius. She really should take some of that book money of hers and hire someone to assist Palin in pulling her head out of her ass. Damn that Obama for not calling the Dutch back...
