In response if your carrying a weapon and try to draw on the crook, the crook is going to put six in you before your weapon clears the holster." And in fact if the crook hits you with the first round, you'll will collapse to the ground in shock even if the round didn't hit you on one of the numbers.

We have this same thread every year. First rule of survival is flight. If you dont consider flight first then any jury or judge might conclude that whatever combat that took place was mutual in some respects. At your home/castle no flight is necessary, but anywhere else.....................just saying
