Like I said before with such limited enforcement many will still partake in the stacking of fish and just hope they do not get caught. Worth the risk to many I am sure. They could have you cutting All kinds of parts off but I feel it will not deter the chronic cheater one bit. I just hope the consequences are sever, like loss of license, for stackers or any sort of cheating in that fishery then maybe people will think twice.
