commercial striped bass fishermen recreationally fishing on a closed commercial
fishing day must remove the entire right pectoral fin of any striped bass 34”

And how does one enforce this ? how do you identify a comm Guy from a rec Guy on a non comm day?? seems this Idea was not Brainstormed enough
or very poorly explained ... just re read part of it now i get it!!!! they want Rec guys to know the Comm guys schedule to aid enforcement ??? buy cutting the fin of a fish I had no intention of selling in the 1st place.. maybe comm guys should be provided tags for the season like for deer but are sealed and when open they color change beyond 15 hrs a color for each comm day with a fixed amount in a package to reflect boat or shore Comm

This is not a recreational rule. This does not apply to any recreational fisherman.
You do not have to clip any fins off any fish Unless Your buddy you took out with you holds a commercial permit
