X2... The hospital on the island has a ward dedicated specifically for moped injuries. The whole "wrong side of the road" thing is dangerous, especially in some of the rotary's. Be careful wandering off the beaten path after dark too, there are some rough areas prone to muggings and robberies. I don't want to take anything away from it, its a very beautiful place with lots of quaint locations, and gorgeous beaches. The rum swizzle is the drink of choice, and can be dangerous also!! Have fun!
