No one is saying she's the moral equivalent of Trump. But let's call her what she is. A disgusting, hypocritical liar.
She attacks banks for profiting from student loans, but it was OK for her to make 400k a year at Harvard.
She attacked banks for profiting from subprime mortgages, but she and her husband made money flipping houses.
She can profit this way, but no one else is allowed to. That's OK with Spence.
It wasn't a "stupid" lie, it was done for a very specific reason, and from her perspective, it worked like a charm. She got rich at Harvard. But other rich people, not her naturally, are bad.
She would get creamed by Trump.
Not only is she not a Native American, she is a descendent of an enforcer from the Trail Of Tears. This is like Himmler claiming to be a Holocaust survivor. |
