Hooked my thumb, out on the reef at the Fire Beach, with a decent, double digit weight Striper attached to a 5" Red Gill. Just ripped it out. Still got a nasty scar from it.

Hooked my finger, wading Chest+ deep, out on Deep Hole, with a 5 pound pissed off Bluefish (on a Surf Howdy IIRC). Met Piemma for the first time that night as his fishing partner had cutters strong enough for the VMC .
