Its all PVC ... i didnt see the invoices or know how many hours....but yeah...just for curb appeal... looks nice and they thought it was worth it so..
.i enjoyed doing them and was so cold doing it it brought back memories of flipping staging planks with frozen snow on them. Did staging planks get hevier or is it me?
The building lot was quite a bit lower than street level and the entire front yard will be a good sized septic system area for the four and a half baths that will be filled in entirely..... they didnt pay much for the land and the back is walkout with covered decks. it will be good. Pretty big kitchen and cabinets everywhere.
