there's a guy that i see on the beach all of the time down here (atlantic city area) that throws a squid-zee all of the time. it casts a mile, and seems to collect much less weed than a standard plug with trebles, which has been a bonus where we fish this fall. he's caught lots of blues on it, where no one else has caught anything. whether it's the plug itself, or the fact that he is the only one that can clear the sandbar from the beach, i don't know, but it does catch fish. so much so, that i'll be getting a few for next year.
