I been there, dun that. It, in my case, was not mixing well enough. I have seen other responses to this same question that said yes you can re-epoxy, but I sprayed mine with a clear buzz can and that worked. They were just a little tacky before I sprayed.
I have not had this problem again since I:
1. Got some graduated measuring cups from a pharmacist friend
2. Mix my epoxy until I think it is good enough and then mix it some more.

Thanks. Yeah I have to come up with a better way of pouring in even amounts of resin and hardener. I'll make sure I mix it up really well next time. Maybe that was the problem.

clear is clear

always do epoxy in a warm place too... if its a cold unheated garage your asking for problems

still sticky
Try using Flexcoat syringes for an accurate measurement. I've been doing that from the start w/o problems. I mix the e-tex for 3 minutes in at least 60 degree temp basement. Hope this helps. Billy D
