Grundens Brig 38, had one for over 20 years now and it still doesn't leak. It's a pull over with hood, I have been out each night this week and last night was just horrible and came home bone dry. New models have neoprene cuff and you wear a belt around your waist ( as you should anyway). If they are good enough for Alaskan King crab fisherman they are good enough for me.
