I've seen plumbers butt before but shellfisherman's butt? Now having not been confused with a skinny guy in close to ten years, I think I have the right to offer an explanation; Mike has added belly for the past few years but has recently started to lose the weight at the hips. The hydrostatic force inside the belly launches the shorts downward when he bends over. Sad fact, but scientifically accurate I'm afraid.
It's odd going over to wake him up to go fishing and he is in his not so tighty not so whities. You would think he would have the common decency to wear a pair of shorts or something...
