There is a publication available that lists EVERY ROW in RI. The only place that I have seen it for sale is at Quaker Lane.

RISAA also has an Access Committee which has been pretty effective and they carry some weight on RI issues - I'll talk to Bob Moeller at tonight's meeting to see what's going on.
I haven't fished Q in many moons but I figure we either hang together on access problems or we'll end up hanging alone.

Well said, this is probably the single most important issue we as a group of individual fishermen must learn to understand. As a rule fishermen are very independent, if we don't get together on the access issue in particular we lose..

I agree also, however I think it needs to be clearly stated/known that such groups are representing a large number of anglers, not just a few. While I think dividing and conquering isnt the right move, making sure they know lots of people are concerned from lots of different groups. just my humble 0.02

All it would really take is a good lawyer, working pro bono, to file suit on behalf of the citizens of RI against those illegally blocking the ROW. You can work "behind the scenes" all you want, with groups representing thousands of anglers. Several winning lawsuits and supoenas served on those unwilling to clear what they have obstructed will get the offenders attention much quicker, when they have to lay out their own CA$H to defend their actions.
