Uh-huh, outflow was good later in the winter and I'm assuming it was earlier but I didn't fish it until late Feb - early March ( I forget exactly when). But at times the schools were found all around that area from the Hurricane Barrier and up river. As far as boating, alot of people kayak for schoolies in there...
You can get there from Eddy street of 95 and I think exit 3 off 195 and park at India? Street? Point?... Maybe Bill remembers the the street name....
