Yeah Mike , that was disappointing ,but Orville's first plane didn't do too well either. What WAS cool was being out there on such a nice day and seeing everybody . Oh btw Mr Dangles where the f^%*^%* did you two go? By the time me and JB got in the car you and Iron Mike had disappeared in a cloud of dust. Where'd ya end up...or should I even ask

Was out today a little to the west of there, 7-11# blues. My son (5 this week) for the first time tried to land something bigger than a skipjack or Sunny

Good choice going west John. I took my 6 year old today to the place that's been on this post all week & it was pretty dead where I was - but he had fun & is learning to cast a spinner pretty well.
