Jamaican jerk amberjack and lime grilled cobia with secret recipe striper (the best of all) are the 3 best cooked fish dishes imho

Halibut (deep fried nuggets)
Dolphin (grilled)
Fluke (baked stuffed)
Mako or sword (broiled)
Tog (chowder)
Striped Bass (baked)
Blues; got to be fresh (marinated in Orange juice overnite then grilled)
Shiners (straight up out of the bucket when ice fishing)
