Is rough opening going to be the same, or does it need to be reframed? Exterior trim and knees not included in price of window. Interior finish and trim can be extras. Roof kits? Or building with plywood, then water and ice, flashing, dripedge, and asphalt shingles? Removing the old and getting the new window in feels like your home free, but the trim out is 75% of the job.......
