I have a feeling I know the 3 you talk about. They're referred to as "The Greeks" down there. Kids from Brockton. They do it ALL THE TIME! We've confronted them about it saying if their plug breaks off, we're gonners. Their reply is "It won't" and they keep casting. Mayhem at best!

No business at all casting over someone! It is just calling for an accident or an "Incident"
