I make striper piccata-

same recipe as chicken or veal picatta....... yuuuumy

fillet, leave skin on, put on grill and slather meat with mayonnaise.

Very easy.....
Just slice into THIN, THIN , THIN slices....
add a bity of wasabi sauce and a dash of soy sauce...
yep --raw...sa-shi-mi....(not sushi)

or just a bit of sesame seed oil and throw on the grill......

shred some cucumbers and place in a bowl...
fill another bowl with water and press the cuc's for 3 hours....(presses them and they get a little spicy)

there you got it....

that's anout how I do it...
