ChiefLinesider Been many moons iTrader: (0) Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Aquidneck Island Posts: 400	The 1201L or the 1081M are fast action rods without the whippyness you need IMO for those lighter lures. I have held both including the 1081L, but they all were too stiff for my liking. You want an MB1083M or the S glass version if you can find it. Its a 9' rod with great action. Has a great looking bend to it & has the whippyness in the tip. About the same weight as a 1201L but made of fiberglass. (DURABLE), & 1/2 the price.
