Clean from High Head to the race, but the mung could move into High Head quickly - there is a bunch trapped between the beach and the bar, and High Head has been dirty more often than not since July. As a general rule for the year, the further north you move the cleaner it gets.

All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing.

i just got back from a 3 day trip to nantucket. i'm not sure if it's of any value, but the whole island was littered with seals. i covered alot of the coast, and they were everywhere!

Seals only eat sand eels - ask Audubon. And the ones on the Cape are friendly.

I won't say where I was last night but there were lots of little fish there and no one on the sand track after dark. Doesn't anyone on the outer Cape fish after dark anymore?

Why even try.........

can cover a lot of ground... I know there are others out there.. but it is so open now, you can be out and not run into anybody... don't complain.. it's nice!

BTW Steve....went on a skiff ride predawn yesterday at a UDL with my neighbor... ... i gotta take the plunge and get me one... you are right about that.

By it Karl! Gets awful lonely but boy the outer beach with no one else on it under a a growing moon is just an awfully beautiful place and so peaceful, it sucked having to leave so I could be, yuk, at work this morning with a modicum of sleep.

Why even try.........

If you're that lonely, just head east a mile or so.

I listed my skiff in the classifieds recently and got no bites. A guy from NJ is coming up tomorrow to buy it unless someone local(which I prefer) buys it. I used in Chatham a few times and it was perfect. Fun and versitle boat.
