i'm in the same boat... luckily i got a couple tips. wonder when i can finally get to them though. but since they arnt my spots i gotta keep em hush hush.. atleast for a year or two..

Go to the place Animal is talking about ...he knows ..  In fact there were... many birds a workin ,sevral fish a jumpin, and a cormorant diving down deep.

There's always ice fishing, although it isn't as active as surfcasting.
I've already been out 3 times this month and gotten enough fish to keep it interesting.
