i make sure i have adequate hot coffee
in a thermos
just in case i get a little wet while
out in the boat...
so i can "warm up" if needed.

The cooler and lantern guys stay home because they don't own raincoats. It's a good time to go to the places you usually avoid because of crowds.

That's why I tend to like snotty weather...
3 years ago I was fishing HUGE water, driving rain, cold wind. Met a guy out there also fishing like an idiot.
We became fishing partners. We also did VERY WELL that night.
